Pamela is the Founder of Chosen to Exceed Inc.  The organization is a tax-exempt 501c3 that aids youth through personal, spiritual, and leadership development to live a purposeful life.  She is a native of Clearwater Florida, a graduate of University of South Florida, in which she earned a Bachelors in Discipline Social Sciences.  She also attended Xcellence Leadership Institute where she obtained a Spiritual Life Coach and Powerleader Certifications. Pamela has acquired several affirmations and awards: including a distinguished service award for demonstrating dedication, goodwill, and professional service to the community.

 

Pamela is a hardworking, well-respected Support Officer and Community Leader. With 30 years’ experience in youth educational programs, projects, and activities within her local church and community, she uses each of these opportunities to guide youth one step closer to their purpose in life.  She is passionate, self-motivated, and well capable of moving youth from limited opportunities to seeing the world on a larger stage and their possibilities and dreams as unlimited. 

 

Her expertise includes using a comprehensive approach to serving youth, their families and other community organizations throughout Pinellas County.  As one committed to serving the community, she has an extraordinary talent for helping families solve complicated societal issues. She has a proven track record of using astute management when dealing with family issues to highlight and address any unidentified spiritual and emotional needs. 

 

Pamela is joyfully married to David Wilson for 46 years. She is a proud mother of two and grandmother of four.  They are a family of great faith, enjoy traveling and maximizing precious moments.
